Classes have effective kicked off at OIC Wum The academic year at the Opportunity Industrialization Center (OIC) in Wum, Menchum Division finally began on October 6, 2008. According to the Director of the Training Center Ghong Ivo Njuh, the training will focus in Agriculture, Woodwork, Hotel Management, Information and Communication Technology and Electricity.
